Our Mexican Coffee beans are responsibly grown and are 100% organic. It is pure, and has a smooth flavour. There was no synthetic fertilizers or chemicals used in growing or production of the coffee beans, only organic fertilizers were used.

Single-Origin Coffee
When speaking about coffee beans, single-origin refers to beans that come from one geographic location.
This is important because single-origin coffee beans offer a more unique and specific coffee taste when compared to a coffee from multiple locations.
Medium Roast
A medium roasted coffee beans are more a balanced flavour and acidity than a light roast. A medium roast coffee is slightly sweeter than a light roast but is not as sweet as a dark roast (which tends to have an almost chocolatey flavour profile to it).

How to Store Coffee
To keep your coffee beans fresh for as long as possible, we recommend storing them in an opaque, air-tight container. We do not recommend storing them in a freezer, as this creates moisture and alters the taste of the beans. Instead, it’s best to store your coffee in a dark cool location away from light in order to preserve the beans.
